Title: Malt House Burglary

On 31st July 1685 Henry Sober broke into the Malt-house in Chatham owned by Henry Mugwell and stole 93lbs, worth 6s., of lead (which may have been used to line the cisterns used for soaking grain).  Henry Sober was a labourer and confessed at his trial, earning him a 10s fine.

Both those surnames seem so appropriate for people with a connection to brewing/beer!
