News: The modern name of Kent is derived from the Brythonic word kantos meaning "rim" or "border", or possibly from a homonymous word kanto "horn, hook"

If people were not complaining, then they might be worried that they had made a decision anyone could have made, and if anyone could have made it then why would you need a council...

It sold for 150,000  :)

People are complaining that the council sold it when they should have kept it and ensured it's upkeep!

Ohhh it's been sold has it,i was gonna buy it  ::)

I remember when i was at Byron Road Junior School just down the road from the Park, our class once went to the park and we had to pick a view in the park and draw it,i chose the Lodge :)

Then years later going inside the Lodge for some Council related issue...possibly to do with the poll tax or something.
