The gantry on the front of the building has been renovated and repainted in black. The steel framework on the first level was almost completely rotted away and had to be replaced with new. The concrete floor on the first level was removed and replaced with a steel floor.
The fencing on both levels was also replaced with new, replacing the ugly galvanised fencing shown in the photo with shiny smart looking new steel fencing in black. I'll post some pics up when I can. I worked on this project and did most of the painting. Shame I was too busy to take pictures of the work in progress.

Built in 1740 as a workshop for the House Carpenters who were not employed on shipbuilding tasks but helped maintain the various Dockyard buildings:
