Also known as Sextry Gate or Sacristy Gate it was built between 1345 and 1377.  The gate was used to keep the Priory grounds private from pilgrims cisiting the cathedral via St Williams Gate.  The gate was origiannly made out of stone however the upper storey was replaced by timber and is now part of a house.
