I think that it used to be a working men's club called the Shoulder's Arms in the 60s.

I'm sure one of our members on here with access to a Kelly's Directory will be able to tell us what it was originally used for. I know that the building has been a Mosque for many years, I believe belonging to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. Here's a link to their website:

This building is at the bottom of Richmond Road, by the railway bridge.
I was told it was a club for several years, it was last used as a Temple.
Does anyone know anything about this building?
