In the first picture, the three chimneys are on the Power Plant of Imperial Paper Mill, Gravesend.

It is Tilbury. In one of the photo's you can see a Bowater's ship moored alongside Bowaters Paper mill, Northfleet.

I`m currently working my way through a couple of old boxes of slides taken by my grandad in the late fifties. The quality isn`t great due to the age of the slides and the age of my scanner but you get the idea.
These first three are of the docks and I`m hoping someone can identify the location. Im guessing Gravesend but I`m happy to be corrected. There a more photos of craft on the river to follow....
