Knowles greengrocer and fruiter opposite the Ritz and next to the entrance that became H J Taylors yard or thereabouts, don't know how long it was there before I can remember it but I do recall sometime in the 50s finding 2/- (10p) outside the shop. With it I went into the shop and bought, that to me was huge, a pineapple that was hanging in the window. Cost  1/3d (just under 7p) took home to family, first one I'd ever had.
