Crane no. 23

Cowans Sheldon of Carlisle supplied a 40 ton capacity raised, broad gauge, travelling crane for Chatham Dockyard, exact location on site unknown.
Probably in the 1920s,  but I am not certain of date, nor works number nor know what powered it; electric, most likely, or steam or hydraulic.
I will be returning to Cumbria Archives to delve deeper, but wonder, please, if someone can add detail?
