The nettle roots are horrible, they are really strong and snake there way quite a distance!
I wish I was as fit as you (and as young)!!  :)
I'm vaguely young (mid 40s) but I am nowhere near fit. There is still usually something which can be done that benefits the overall effort.

I forgot to look at the 'after' effort from the gun emplacement, I only saw 'in progress'. Good work chaps!

Another good day. Kyn & I made good progress on clearing another one of the gun emplacements and the other guys did a lot of groundwork & clearance.

The Red Sands work day this weekend has now been cancelled due to weather conditions.

Dammit I wanted to go out to Red Sands too but I already promised Leiah that we'll go to Fort Borstal if I'm not working, so we'll still be there (hopefully).

I didn't know Red Sands had been arranged again, we may have to look into changing our dates so they don't clash!
