I've read about the famous British Architect Sir Herbert Baker before, when reading up on Cobham. He was born and lived at the family home of Owletts, Cobham (Kent), for many years. I've just read he designed the huge cemetery at Tyne Cot near Ypres, and he also designed other cemeteries and war memorials.

He died at Cobham in 1946 and was buried in the nave of Westminster Abbey.
