I am hoping this is in the correct forum section.

I seem to remember that in the 50's or 60's a bus collided with a crowd of schoolchildren waiting at a bus stop in the Chatham area killing several of them.  I have searched on the web and within this forum for information with no luck, and am wondering if i was dreaming or if this really happened.

I would appreciate some help or information as to the veracity of this event.  With thanks in advance.
