TUNBRIDGE WELLS.-Population, 19,410; mortality, 16.-Sewage does not contain manufacturing refuse; employed for irrigation of farm ; 7000 water-closets in use ; annual outlay for maintenance of sewers, 180 ; cost of scavenging in 1875, 624. One injunction granted.
