Here lyeth William Todde late scholmaster to Charles Waldegrave Esquire who deceased the eleventhe daye of Marche An Dm 1585.  In whose perpetuell memorye this monumente was erected by his loving frind William Napper of Ponckenoll in the countie of Dorsetshire.
