Posted with the kind permission of Kyn:

Sunburst Books is a second hand charity book shop in Station Road, Rainham the proceeds of which go to support local causes through the St Margaret's Church Millennium Fund.

We have plenty of good condition history books at remarkably low prices and also stock a number of new books on local history. The latest addition to our new stock is ‘Queenborough Remembered, A Story of a Town and its People' and we have others such as 'The Chatham Scandal' by Brian Joyce, 'Wartime Kent 1939-40' by Oonagh Hyndman and 'Red Flows the Medway' by Bruce Aubry.

We're open from 9 to 5, Monday to Saturday so please feel free to come in and browse in the knowledge that any purchases help the local economy. We also welcome donations of books, DVDs and CDs.
