Nearly a Work Study Engineer
While working at Pilkingtons as a Work Study Engineer and trying to decide if I wanted to work forever as such I sent away for details to join the ( Royal ??) Society of Work Study Engineers. When the package arrived I found the Rules of the Society very interesting.
Rule one: To encourage both male and female membership.
Rule two: To encourage intercourse between the members.

This was of course about 1960 when we were all trying to help the promotion of equality for all.
But, however tempting, I decided not to pursue this line of work?? (work ?)
The solution to every problem is a.) time , or  b.) another problem.
