Stanford Parish, Kent

I am trying to establish when electricity was made available in Stanford Parish, can anyone lend some light to this?
As I am in the process of preparing a booklet for the Parish Council, I have been into subjects like the Kent Riots, tithe award allocations, etc. and would be happy to share information if there is an interest.
