I have a great memory of this funfair and the scenic railway (?). I was taken out to Sheernes by train, it was the 1970's, and having a great time with my Aunt, Uncle and Grandad in the swimming pool where even the shallow end of the big pool was damn deep. We then went to the fair where my 73 year old ex WW1 frontline survivor dragged me onto the scenic railway for some fun. Problem is that I have loved them ever since....... Happy days.  :) :) :) :) :). Sentinel S4.

Another photo, almost from the air.
My wife took this photo from the top of the slide.

This photo I did not take.

It belongs to my wife who got it in the 1980s from a local paper.

See what you can see. Delemark Rd. school, putting green for example.
