Yes - Its Jack (John) Jordan - a local resident and coal merchant - his wife is also in the picture dressed as a soldier, they lived at No. 63 Odo Rd

No. 35 is on the left with all the timber supports on the front. (It was hit by a steam roller) so your Dad's old house is five houses further up. There's about 11 of my family there at that time.


The first window you can see on the left is no.21, the house which became the chip shop, mentioned in another thread.

My dad has to be in this picture, he was born at 45 Wyndham Road in 1911 & left there in 1936 to marry my mum  :)
