I'll try and get a photo of it next time I am that way - but the one I remember most fondly as a child is the post office in Wainscott. It was just down the road from my grandparents and every summer me and my sister would stay with them (either together or a week at a time each) and go there to get a card for my parents' anniversary (which was in September).
I always tried to find one which would give me enough change to buy a big bag of sweets (usually a pic n mix in one of the paper "Happy Shopper" bags).
I think it's a hairdressers now.

Brings back memories of BO coin collections round the Medway towns(BO-branch office). A girl from the office in Rochester, a postman, van and several hundred weight of coin of the realm. The telegraph boys used to have a room in the office in Chatham, dingy little place to the left as you went under the arch.
