Luftwaffe Pilot Buried at Boughton-under-Blean

Oberleutnant Anton Schon of lll./JG54 was killed while attempting a forced-landing at Brenley House, Broughton-under-Blean on the 27th September 1940.
His Messerschmitt Bf 109 was damaged in combat by either Sgt John K Norwell of 41 Sqn or Pilot Officer Albert G Lewis of 249 Sqn RAF.
Buried at St Peter and St Paul Churchyard, Boughton-under-Blean.
