The sump drain pump, 60 minute timer ( which still ticks ) - any idea's what is was for? and counter balance cover name plate.

A few pictures of what i think could have been the Bomb Power Indicator (BPI) roof mounting and wiring run to were the BPI unit and pressure switch and alarm were mounted.
