That's a weird co-incidence. I was in the High St earlier this week and was looking at that building and thought I'd have to come back with my camera so I could post a pic here and ask about it. Thanks colin haggart, you've saved me a trip! :)

The Carrara Paint Co was established in 1877, I think it a good guess that it was built for them.
