AFSRochester, I took these photos the other day.

The shop as it is now.

Could this be the shop, on the junction of Saunders St. and Saint George's Road and not Richmond Rd.?

This is a copy of a photograph of my Great Uncle's Butcher Shop (Stanley Porter) that he had in Richmond Road. He is standing by the entrance in the striped apron. My Grandfather is on his left. We haven't been able to date this photograph other than it is pre-1932, which was the year that he died from TB. If anyone could help me with getting an approximate date for the photograph I would be very grateful. The shop is not listed in 1931 edition of Kelly's Directories. Also, I'm told that the shop was situated at the junction of Saunders Street and Richmond Road, and again if anyone can help confirm that
 please?  :)
