In the photo of man with gas axe ,the man holding the " gas axe " was my father .He was a boilermaker in the Dockyard and he was burning down te Shear Legs ( used to hoist up and repair or change, the tall wooden masts from the ships ) The Sheernes Library have some large photos  of this being cut down ,that I gave to  them years ago
The solution to every problem is a.) time , or  b.) another problem.
